Youth Ballet

Technical ballet training for young people aged 13–17

🎓 Ministry of Education Certified Program

About the Program

Our Young Ballet Program is designed for students who want to take ballet lessons as a hobby and those who aim to advance their technical development to the next level. During the program, students strengthen their classical ballet technique while also developing their stage presence, flexibility, stamina, musicality, performance skills, and creativity. At the advanced level, they prepare for professional stage experience through selections from major ballet works and studies in neo-classical repertoire.

Our students are placed in appropriate technical classes according to their age groups and levels, and their training is planned as 2 hours of classical ballet training per week, taking into account their individual development. At advanced levels, Character Dance, Modern Dance, and Jazz Dance training are also included in the program. In this way, students become acquainted with different disciplines of performing arts and receive a more comprehensive arts education.

Ekin Akbaş Ballet and Dance’s teaching staff consists of conservatory graduates, experienced instructors who can establish strong communication with students. Our institution offers a more holistic arts education, differentiating itself from traditional educational models with its approach that supports students’ creativity.

Our students, who successfully complete 8 years of basic training and 4 years of advanced ballet programs, are entitled to receive their Ministry of National Education-approved ballet instructor diplomas after completing their in-house internships.
