Adult Ballet
Open to adults of all levels — it’s never too late to start
🎓 Ministry of Education Certified Program
About the Program
Our Adult Ballet Program is specifically designed to provide safe and systematic ballet training for all adults, including those with no prior experience. While grounded in classical ballet discipline, the program also fosters the development of body awareness, flexibility, posture control, coordination, and musicality.
Classes are tailored to the age, physical capacity, and experience level of the participants. Each student progresses at their own pace, building a technical foundation step-by-step, starting with basic movements. The exercises included in the program support both physical development and strengthen mental focus and body control.
Our Adult Ballet Program is not only for those seeking technical training but also for those who want to reconnect with art, explore the aesthetic aspects of movement, and create a space for self-expression. The regular class schedule includes fundamental ballet techniques as well as choreography work and stage performance practice.
Ekin Akbaş Ballet and Dance training system distinguishes itself from other institutions with its structure that reveals individual potential in adults, prioritizes safe progression, and adapts to all levels. It offers our participants a strong environment for both physical and artistic development.
